Sharon A. Wemett, of N. Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday. She was born on May 16, 1957 in Syracuse a daughter of Richard and Betty Mahar Rioux. On April 23, 1976 she was married to Richard Wemett. She was employed at Friendly's as a general manager. Sharon enjoyed her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are two sons, Travis (Cindy), Justin (Nicole Makai), daughter Richelle (Danny) Duquette, grandchildren Mackenzie, Christopher, Tyler, Samantha, Rylan, four brothers David, Richard, William, Gerald, her best friend Barbara Aldrich, family friend Regina Kuwaliski, two sisters-in-law, Teri Singleton and Sheri Valle.
Services will be held on Friday 6pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 3-6pm at the funeral home.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
