Scott D. Bunis

On Tuesday March 21st 2023, Scott D Bunis passed away at his home, he was the son of the late Robert Bunis and Joanne Queen.
He loved his Harley, fishing off his sons dock on Oneida lake, growing his garden, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a collector of everything Rolling Stones. He was one of the few that saw The New Barbarians live.
Scott was a truck driver for many years for P&C warehouse, where he met a lot of his long time friends. Previously he worked alongside his Grandfather, Poppy in the family business, The Book Warehouse.
He is survived by his son Jonathan Bunis and daughter Brittany (Marc) Schauer; two grandchildren Payton and Cayden Schauer; step mother, Rita Bunis; sisters, Lois, Lisa, and Tracy; brother, Mark, godson, Eric and granddog, Duke.
He is predeceased by his father, Robert Bunis and his brother Kyle.
A celebration of Scott's life will be held on Monday, March 27th, 2023 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals from 5-7pm.
