A Celebration of Life for Scarlett Carrolyn James
August 30, 1988-January 23, 2024
Scarlett Carrolyn James, affectionately known by family as Nootie, transitioned from earth to eternity on January 23, 2024, at the tender age of 35.
Born to Sandra E. Turk and Sterling L. James, Sr., and raised and cared for by her grandmother, Ms. Lizzie Turk; Scarlett's bright smile, kind heart and straight from the hip disposition illuminated every room and were her defining qualities.
Scarlett will forever be remembered as a bright, big-hearted individual who made a lasting impact on everyone she met. Never shying from speaking her mind and staying true to her convictions, she boldly commanded attention in thought provoking conversations.
Scarlett's memory will be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her best as her spirit lives on in all who knew and loved her.
Scarlett's journey was shortened far too soon, however; she will peacefully carry her beautiful son, James Muniz to meet his grandmother as she is reunited with her loving mom, Sandy.
