Sara Joelle Doody

Sara Joelle Doody, 22, of Cicero, passed away April 2, 2024. Sara was born in Syracuse, New York on March 27, 2002 to Patrick and Deanna Doody.

Sara was a free spirit, a ray of sunshine, a kind and gentle soul who loved helping kids in need. She spent the last year of her life loving on kids from 8 years of age to 21 who had no family at the House of Good Shepherd. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her daughter Kimberlyn. Sara wanted others to be free and know the love of Jesus. Sara was loved dearly by her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed.

Sara is survived by her father Patrick (Amber Doody); mother, Deanna Doody; three sisters, Angela Doody, Kayla Owens, Kadence Doody; her daughter, Kimberlyn; grandparents, Brenda and Bob Doody, Joanna and Greg Paccica, Anders and Debbie Butler, Dale and Hope Voelker.

Calling hours are Saturday from 2pm-3:15 with a service at 3:15PM at Life Church, 7125 Collamer Rd, East Syracuse. Memorial contributions may be made to The House of Good Shepherd.
