Sandra B. Touranjoe, left to be with our Lord on Saturday after courageously battling a long illness. Everyone who met this remarkable woman was touched by her extraordinary spirit and many mentioned they considered themselves better and emotionally richer for their experience.
Sandi worked as a nurse most of her life and was the nurse case manager for Bellevue Manor Adult Home on Onondaga Road for eight years. She considered this the best job she ever had.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Touranjoe, who had 22 glorious years with her until losing the love of his life.
Services will be Friday, 9AM at Fay Road Baptist Church. Calling hours will be Friday from 11-1PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt.
