Samuel L. Britt, 90, of Brewerton passed away on Sunday at Upstate University Hospital with his loving family by his side.
Samuel was born on December 8, 1926 the son of the late Ralph and Annie Britt. Samuel served in the US Army during WW II under General Patton. He was a member of the American Legion. Sam resided in Palm City, FL for 23 years, then relocated to Brewerton. He loved to travel and went on many trips and cruises to Europe, South America and Alaska to name a few. Sam enjoyed his time spent daily with his friends at Dunkin Donuts. He was a former member of the Brewerton Fire Dept.
He was predeceased by his wife Jane (Kline) in 1993.
Samuel is survived by his children; Cynthia Brooks, Robin (Wanda) Britt, Marshall (Amy) Britt, grandchildren, David (Sarah) Britt, Michelle (Glen) Pelkey, Travis (Shannon) Britt, Scott Brooks, great grandchildren, Addison, Alyssa, Aaron and Gunner.
Services will be private.
