Sally R. Beamish, 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday with her loving family by her side.
Sally was born on March 9, 1935, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Jenny Hale. She worked for the City of Syracuse, retiring in 1995. Sally enjoyed her family, her pets and her trips to the casino.
She was predeceased by her grandson, Dennis Beamish and 8 siblings.
Sally is survived by her husband Joe of 62 years, their children; Helen (Michael) Bolen, Michael (Anne), Roseann (Bob) Levin, Joe, Jim (Mary Jo), grandchildren; Jennifer, Michael, Matthew, Joshua, Amelia, Catherine, Morgan & Kara, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Evelyn and Geraldine, brother, Roscoe.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1-4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
