July 29, 1929 — January 2, 2023
Sabino "Sam" Liberatore, 93, of Clay passed away on January 2, 2023. Sabino graduated from East Syracuse High and served with the Air Force.
He retired after 42 years as an Electronic Technician and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Cicero, NY. Sabino enjoyed golfing, bowling, softball and bocce.
He was predeceased by his Siblings, Luigi Liberatore, Michael Liberatore, Querino Liberatore, Christine Richer, Frank Liberatore, Philip Liberatore and Catherine Dapice.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Pamela; two daughters, Linda (Tony) Mocciaro and Lisa (Tom) Adams; five sons, David (MaryAnne) Liberatore, Samuel (Athena) Liberatore, Jim Liberatore, Richard Liberatore and Thomas Liberatore; eight grandchildren, Mikel Adler, Joanne Valdez, Pamela Haines, Daniel Liberatore, James Liberatore Jr., Jennifer Fujiwara, Michelle Kenefick and Joshua Adams; and eleven great-grandchildren; Sibling, Ida Vandewalker.
Visitation will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 from 4-7pm. Funeral services will take place at New Comer on Thursday, January 12th, 2023 at 10am. Burial to follow in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
