Ruth W. Baker, 85, of Central Square, passed away Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Cincinnatus, NY and worked for Bristol Labs and retired from General Motors Corp. in 1987 with twelve years of service. She is predeceased by her daughter, Elaine Wright.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 65 1/2 years, Ralph Baker; five sons, Clayton, Kenneth, Richard, Phillip (Gertrune) of Germany; Darrell (Cindy) of Florida; two sisters, Doris Randall and Barbara Armstrong; thirteen grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, 10 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. Calling hours will be Sunday from 1-4PM, at the funeral home.
