Ruth U. Hohbach, 74, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday. Born in Berlin Germany, she immigrated to the United States at the age of 18 and embraced this country passionately. She was a member of New Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Rev. Alfred H. Hohbach; daughters, Karen R. (Kenneth) Comfort and Jennifer M. (Randy) Bauer; sister, Karin Jerzimski; grandchildren, Christopher and Cody Comfort and Victoria and Jonathan Bauer; and two nephews.
Services will be today, 2 PM at New Apostolic Church, 7045 Buckley Rd., N. Syracuse. There will be no calling hours.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to New Apostolic Church USA 3753 N. Troy St., Chicago, IL 60618, Attn. Donations: Ruth Hohbach.
