Ruth A. Ratliff, 77, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on Wednesday, May 1st.
She was born in Canastota, NY to the late Frank and Mildred Smith.
Ruth will be remembered for being stubborn, fun-loving, joyful and happy. She enjoyed playing the lotto, watching TV, going to the casino and horse races. She was an avid golf fan, and especially enjoyed watching Tiger Woods.
Ruth was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert C. Ratliff; son-in-law, Edward Copes; several siblings and two great-grandchildren.
Ruth is survived by her husband, William Roth; children, Deborah Copes and Robert (Julie) Ratliff, Jr; grandchildren, Raymond (Ashley) Phillips, Jr., Susan (Nick Smith) Phillips, Robert Ratliff III and Ryan Ratliff; great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Phillips and Gracie Phillips; brother, Frank Smith and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 12pm, at Auburn Correctional Training Center, 3579 Franklin Street Road, Auburn, NY 13021.
