Ruth Lois(Stam) Thiagarajan

Ruth Lois (Stam) Thiagarajan, 86, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday. She was born and raised in Africa, attended Wheaton College Ill., met her husband in India, brought her new family to New York, and impacted the church in Mongolia. Her life spanned eight decades and four continents. Her legacy will always be her desire to share the gospel to the ends of the earth regardless of the sacrifice or cost.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Sam; three sons, Shaker (Nicolette), Suresh (Ramani) and Joshi (Annie); seven grand-children; two great-grandchildren.

Calling hours are Wednesday 5-8PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. The funeral service is Thursday, 1 pm at International Assembly, 4274 Lafayette Rd, Jamesville, NY 13078. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt, 13214.
