Ruth L. Haynes, 76, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully Saturday with her family by her side. She enjoyed spending her summers at her home on Lake Ontario. She was predeceased by her daughter Cheryl R. (D'Eredita) Walker.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 35 years, Donald; five daughters, Robin D'Eredita, Sandy Yates, Patty (Oscar) Urizandi, Cindy Cooley, Sandy (Edison) Bellor; four brothers, Sanford, Richard, Howard and Alvin Kimpel; her sister, Lucy Roth; ten grandchildren, Tony, Amity, Rik, Eric, Michael, Mitch, Jason, Stacey, Zach and Natalie, six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's the Worker, Liverpool. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse.
