Ruth D. Farrar, 71, of Liverpool, passed away on Sunday at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Highland Mountain, WV, daughter of the late William and Flossie Mae Vaughn. She was predeceased by her husband George T. Farrar, Jr. in 2012.
Surviving are 4 children: Jacqueline Silvester, Karen Hamilton-Silvester, Derrick Silvester and Kurtis Silvester, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother Billy Vaughn, 4 sisters: Gertrude, Genevieve, Linda & Luella.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday 12noon at the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
