Russell S. Clapper, 60, of Syracuse, passed away April 6, 2024. Russell was born in Walton, New York on February 20, 1964 to Chauncey and Ruth Clapper.

Russell was mechanically inclined and a hard worker. He was a work force by himself and a jack-of-all-trades. Russell had a good sense of humor and could always make people laugh.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Chauncey and Ruth Clapper; and Brother, Timothy Clapper.

He is survived by his Daughter, Kailey Kozubowski; Brothers, Jeffrey (Melanie Strode) Clapper, Alan Clapper and Randy Clapper; Sisters, Kelly Price and Shelly (Ralph) Williams; Uncle, Vaughn Clapper; Aunt, Diane Clapper; and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Family and friends may call on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 3:00 pm.
