Roxanne E. Mosher

Roxanne Elizabeth Mosher, 72, of Syracuse, passed away April 25, 2025. Roxanne was born in Syracuse, New York on July 2, 1952 to the late Edward and Elizabeth Mosher. 

Following her retirement she worked at Lowes in Liverpool. She loved animals, nature, and gardening. Most importantly she loved her family very much. 

She is survived by her sister, Robin (Tim) Osborne; brother, Donald (Julie) Mosher; and several nieces and nephews.
