Rosemary P. Quigley, 75, of Clay, passed away with her loving family by her side on January 13, 2023.
Rosemary was born in Syracuse, New York on August 12, 1947 to the late Edward and Patricia Quigley.
A graduate of Nottingham High School, she retired from Liverpool Central School District after many years working in the cafeteria. She enjoyed NASCAR Sunday's and rooting for Chase Elliott. She was an excellent cook and as the matriarch, Rosemary loved quality family time where everyone could be together.
She is survived by her Children, James (Ann) Engelbrecht Jr., Julie (Tim) Lizzio and Amy (Robert) Bartlett; Sisters, Patricia (Bob) Segnit, Kathy Quigley and Christine Sidoran; Brothers, John Quigley and Edward (Judy) Quigley; Seven grandchildren, Sarah (Jared) Engelbrecht, Taylor (Joe) Engelbrecht, Ashley Lizzio, Timothy Lizzio, Kaylee Bartlett, Emily Bartlett, Jake Bartlett; Two great grandchildren, Lincoln Horton and Greyson Horton; As well as the father of her children, James Engelbrecht Sr., several nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Services will be private.
