Rosemary Hallett

Rosemary Hallett, 75, of Cicero, passed away on Saturday July 1, 2023 at Francis House with loving family by her side. Rosemary was born in Albany, NY on February 25, 1948 daughter of the late Elmer Ellsworth Parker, Jr. and Helen Delorious Tomlinson. Rosemary graduated from Albany High School in 1966. On August 20, 1966 she married William Hallett, Sr. in Albany, NY. Rose worked for 30 years in food service for Liverpool Central School District until her retirement. She enjoyed going to the Turning Stone playing slots and having dinner there. She liked her annual trips to the Cottage at Jefferson Park on Lake Ontario, where she spent time with her children and grandchildren.

Rosemary was predeceased by her sister Beverly Savoie and her brothers; Ronald & Gary Parker.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, William P. Hallett, Sr., daughter, Pam (Dan) Deegan, son, William (Denise) Hallett, Jr., grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, Christopher, Joseph, sisters, Patricia LaBarge, Pennie VanVorst, brothers, Raymond Parker, Kevin Parker, along with nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from on Thursday July 6th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with a service at 7pm.
