Rose M. Uzzell, 81, of Central Square, passed away June 3, 2024. Rose was born in Baldwinsville, New York on May 21, 1943 to Albert and Maruerite Tamblin. Rose retired from JP Morgan Chase, North Syracuse. Rose enjoyed spending time listening to Elvis and race car driver Jeff Gordon. She was an avid reader, specifically James Patterson.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Maruerite Tamblin and brother, Albert Tamblin Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Pearse; son, William (Victoria) Uzzell; grandchildren, Anthony, Michael and Tina; sisters, Ruth, Alberta "Porky", Sharon "Poodie"; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to the staff at The Heritage at Loretto for the incredible care given to Rose during her final days.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
