Rose Mary Downey, 86, of Liverpool, passed away February 17, 2024.
Rose was born in Penn Yan, New York on September 18, 1937 to the late Joseph and Mary Beatty. She was an insurance specialist for over 50 years and an avid SU Basketball fan. Rose was a longtime St. Rose of Lima parishioner.
She was predeceased by her husband, Michael J. Downey; brother, Joseph Beatty; and her sister, Elizabeth Wilcox.
Rose is survived by two sons, Michael (Kelly) Downey, Joseph (Mary) Downey; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kathryn, Krysten, Joseph, Ryan; and four great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
