Rose M. Coffey

Rose M. Coffey, 98 of Cicero, NY passed away on June 11, 2024. She was born in Hudson Falls, NY on October 9, 1925 to the late Dominic and Mary (DeMonico) Caivano.

She graduated from Hudson Falls High School, Adirondack Community College, receiving her Associates Degree and later attending Powlson Business School. She worked for New York Telephone, NYNEX, Bell Atlantic and Verizon with Human Resources.

She is survived by her son, Jim (Coleen McCafferty) Coffey and several nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nephew and niece.

She married Jack Coffey on January 11, 1953, who passed away on January 11, 1992. She is also predeceased by her sister, Ann Roberts and brother, John Caivano.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024, 11am at The Church of St. Mary’s/St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, Hudson Falls, NY. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fort Edward, NY.
