Rosalie M. Duncan, 64, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Tuesday. Rose graduated with honors from O.C.C with a degree in criminal justice. She worked at Jobs Plus for 15 years. She was an avid bingo player and also enjoyed bowling. Most of all, Rose enjoyed spending time with her family.
Rose is survived by her 4 sons, Scott (Linda) Duncan, Stephen (Darlene) Duncan, Richard Duncan and Jim (Katie) Duncan; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Christine Porter and Betty Baldwin and 2 brothers, Leon Visneau and Brian Visneau.
Calling hours will be Friday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. A service will be held Saturday 10AM at the funeral home with burial to follow in Constantia Rural Cemetery.
