Rosabell M. Wire, 76, of Cortland, NY, passed away Friday peacefully after a long illness. She retired from the Cortland Co. Probation Department. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her sons, James Wire of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, William Wire of Cortland, New York and Richard (Pat Kraus) Wire of Niskayuna, New York; daughters, Brenda (Alex) De Croce of Manlius, New York and Patricia (Wayne Coonradt) Wire of Brunswick, New York; grandchildren, Robert and Nicole Weatherby, Allyson and Sarah De Croce; siblings, Mary Husted, Florence Personius and David Smith.
Services and burial, in Elmwood Cemetery, Preble will be private. There will be no calling hours.
