He is survived by his wife; Patricia (Albino) Hewitt, his son; Ronald H. Hewitt Jr., his mother; Betty Hewitt, two sisters; Sharon Close and Katherine Dixon, his grandchildren; Michael and Nicole Hewitt and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
