Ronald C. "Skip" Williams, Jr., 49, of Williamstown, passed away on Sunday. He was born on March 20, 1965 and was a member of the Oswego County ATV Club. He enjoyed motorcycling and the outdoors. Skip was a big inspiration and overcame many obstacles throughout his life.
Surviving are his beloved wife Christine of 29 years, lovely daughter, Kara Williams, mother, Lucena Conklin, siblings: James Helm, Darlene Bowers, Judy Goodell, Thomas Conklin, III, mother-in-law, Bernadine DeSantis, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
