Roberto Flores

Roberto Flores, 84 of Syracuse, NY, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at his home. Born on January 2, 1940 in New York City to the late Juan and Julia Flores.

He was a business agent for many years for the SEIU and Local #32 BJ. He was a composer for several songs and was a member of The Bodega Dragons. He also played guitar and was a singer.

He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Mary Flores; children, Michelle (Lesley) Johnson, Jose and Omar Colon; grandchildren, Albert and Michael Johnson, Jose, Ocean, Mikaela and Nagel Colon; sister, Edna Pagan and several nephews and a niece.

Predeceased by his sister, Alice Flores and a nephew, Robert Pagan.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 12-4pm. Funeral service will follow at 4pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
