Robert Joseph Wortel, 59, of North Syracuse, passed away on Saturday.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert Wortel.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Jacquelynn (Schairer) Wortel; 3 children, Stephanie (Daniel) Wortel-London, Robert Wortel and Meghan Wortel; mother, Kathleen Wortel; 4 brothers, Bill (Amy), Kevin (Linda), Mike (Sherrie) and Kelly (Raye) Wortel and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in North Syracuse. A memorial mass will be held on Thursday 10AM at St. Rose of Lima Church in North Syracuse.
