Robert W. Hood Sr., 77, formerly of Sandusky, MI, passed away peacefully on Monday.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Robert was a Marine Corps veteran and avid sports fan.
He was an active member of Community Baptist Church in Croswell, MI.
He is predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Doris Hood; and daughter, Joni Hood.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lattitia Hood; a son, Robert W. (Susan) Hood Jr. and a daughter, Dori Brier; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Hood and Donald Hood; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-4PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212.
