Robert J. Talmadge, 88, of Liverpool, passed away December 5, 2024. Robert was born in Schenectady, NY on January 31, 1936.

 Robert retired from Richlar Industries after 30 years, then worked for Walmart for 16 years. He was still working all the way up until September of 2024 at the of 88. He owned and retired from Bob's Concessions, and was lovingly referred to as the Cotton Candy Man. People knew him from the War Memorial, and Syracuse Mets Stadium. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling with family. Robert was an Elder at Abundant Life Church for 32 years. He had a heart for God and for people. For many years he visited the nursing homes as a Chaplain sharing his love of Jesus with the residents.

 He was preceded in death by his wife Lois Talmadge.

 He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

 Family and friends may call on Saturday, December 14th from 9:00am – 11:00am with a service to follow at New Comer, 705 North Main Street, North Syracuse.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY or In My Fathers Kitchen.
