Robert T. Perkins, 88, passed away peacefully at the Veterans Hospital under the caring hands of the staff of the TCU. He was a WWII Army veteran serving in the Pacific Theatre with the 7th Division, landing in Attu, Kwajalein, Leyte and Okinawa.
He was pre-deceased by his loving wife Alice, son Michael, sisters Katherine, Marjorie and Ruth, brothers Laurence, Lloyd, Bernard, Kenneth and Maurice.
Surviving him are his Sons, Robert and Richard; sisters Irene and Lois; 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, especially John Andrecott of Potsdam.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at St. Mary's cemetery on Monday the 13th at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers please contribute to and support the wonderful Veterans Hospital TCU unit (8th floor).
