Robert S. Cornell, 80, of Clay, passed away Thursday. Born in Burlington, VT, Robert was an Airforce veteran. He was predeceased by his wife, B. Jean Cornell, son, Randall S. Cornell and daughter, Terry J. Cornell.
Robert is survived by his sons, Timothy and Jeff; daughters, Robin Gushlaw, Kim Cornell and Pam Omilanowicz; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; his two sisters, Paulette Leach and Sandra Jackson; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be on Wednesday 10AM at Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. A service will follow at 7PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
