Robert Rebensky, 44, of Clay, passed away unexpectedly April 7, 2011. Robert was predeceased by his mother, Carolyn Rebensky.
He leaves behind his wife, Mellisa; three children, Joseph, Stephanie and Andrew; a brother, Michael Rebensky; four aunts; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Robert worked for OCCRA for most of his life. It was a job he loved and was a great source of pride for him. He recently worked for Ryder Trucks. Bob was a very hard worker and he was a good person to have around, he would help anyone in need. Through Bob's tragedy, he has given the gift of life by organ donation. He loved to watch the discovery channel and work on cars. In the last few years, Bob had lost his way. It is his family's hope that he finds peace and comfort. We will miss him.
A Memorial Mass will be Thursday 4:30PM at Sacred Heart Church Cicero.
