Robert P. Wire, 76, of Cortland, New York died Monday, February 6, 2012.
Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was a US Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, the former Rosabell Smith; sons, James Wire of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, William Wire of Cortland, New York and Richard (Pat Kraus) Wire of Niskayuna, New York; daughters, Brenda (Alex) De Croce of Manlius, New York and Patricia (Wayne Coonradt) Wire of Brunswick, New York; grandchildren, Robert and Nicole Weatherby, Allyson and Sarah De Croce.
Services and burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Preble will be private. There will be no calling hours.
