Robert Dean Otts, 69, of Syracuse passed away peacefully at home October 23, 2023. Robert was born in Syracuse, to Charles and Virginia on July 20th, 1954. Robert enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, bonfires, board games and playing cards. The highlights of Roberts life, were his great nieces, Jaylynn, Aaliyah, Lilianna and Myalynn; and his great nephew, Jayden.
Robert was preceded in death by his son, Troy; parents Charles and Virginia; sisters, Eva and Cora; and brothers, Dewey, Daniel, Mark, Gregory and Jeffery.
He is survived by his daughter, Krystal; son, Christopher; sisters, Dianne, Marguerite "Ralph" and Rebecca; brothers, Charles, Micheral, Dennis and David; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 3-5PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals.
