Robert "Robbie" A. Milligan Jr. 49 of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully with his family by his side.
Born on April 22, 1971 in Chicopee, MA to Robert and Margie Milligan.
Robbie enjoyed 28 years attending ARC program for individuals with developmental disabilities. He had a joyous personality with the teachers, staff and everyone who knew Robbie loved him.
He enjoyed traveling to the Jersey Shore, Walt Disney World, listening to music, watching Hee Haw and Sanford and Son on TV.
He is survived by his parents; brother, Charles; sister-in-law, Jesse and nephew, CJ. and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A special thanks to his caregiver Michaeline Raymond for her dedication and love she gave Robbie for the past 11 years.
