Robert W. "Bob" Kemp III, 77, of Syracuse, passed away on Sunday. Bob graduated from Syracuse University. He was a very kind and generous person and he enjoyed the family pets. He was affectionately known by his family as "Uncle Billy".
He is survived by his niece, Andrea "Jerry" Liedka; two nephews, Jerry (Debbie) Kemp and Michael (Erin) Kemp and several great nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
