Robert L. Jackson

Robert L. "Bob" Jackson, 89, of North Syracuse, passed away on Sunday June 5th at Upstate Hospital. Robert was born in Westfield, NY on July 27, 1932, son of the late Eugene and Irene Jackson. Bob served in the US Marine Corps from 1950-1954. Robert worked as a Designer at Niagara Mohawk for many years, retiring in 1993. He was a patron of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Robert was predeceased by his wife Catherine, his siblings; Albert (Kitch) Jackson, Isabelle Jackson, Lucille Jackson, Paul Jackson, Betty Jackson and Margaret Jackson.

He is survived by his three sons, Robert A. Jackson, Paul W. Jackson, Christopher M. (Licett) Jackson, 2 grandchildren, Andre Jackson, Catherine Ann Jackson and his brother, Richard (Joyce) Jackson, along with many nieces and nephews.

A Sanctuary Lamp will be lit in his honor at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church from July 10th-12th.
An Offertory Mass will be held October 16th at 8:00am.
