Robert F. Geiger, 87, of Clay, passed away Sunday. He retired from New York Telephone Co. with 37 years of service. Robert was a WWII Veteran serving in the Army and was a member of the Baldwinsville VFW. He was also a life member of the Pastime Athletic Club. He is predeceased by his wife, Jean Elizabeth Geiger.
He is survived by 2 sons, Robert J. (Tina) Geiger, Anthony E. Geiger; a
daughter, Mary K. Corbett; 2 sisters, Helen Kanaley, Dorothy Osborne; 8 grand-children; 6 great grand-children; and his companion.
Services will be Thursday, 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial will follow in the Onon. Co. Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St. North Syracuse.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Crohn's Disease Foundation.
