Robert F. Dings, 31, of Syracuse, passed away January 19, 2019 after a long battle of a non-diagnosed disease that attacked his neurological system from a courageous act of assisting the people of New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.
Robert was born in Syracuse, NY on October 27, 1987 to the late Richard Dings and Tina Goodson.
Robert AKA "Farmer" enjoyed many things in life. He enjoyed camping, laughing, spending time with his family. He loved life in general, never complained and was always there for you.
He is survived by his mother, Tina (Kevin Traver) Goodson; Grandmother, Jeannette White; Siblings, Shana Goodson, Kathleen Dings, Germaine Darwish-Kirk and Richard Darwish-Dings; Best Friend, Chris Tysco; Several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and many friends.
Visitation will take place Monday from 3-4 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse with a service to follow at 4 PM.
