Robert Calvin Briggs

Robert "Bob" Briggs, 65, of Parish, passed away on Thursday at the Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Minoa. Robert was born September 8, 1955in Canton, NY, to Fredrick W. Briggs and Loella D. (Ames) Briggs. He enjoyed spending his days hunting, camping,
fishing or riding his motorcycle right alongside his beloved wife Brenda. Robert also fulfilled his time surrounding himself with his family and friends. He loved spending time up North at the Briggs family campground. Robert worked as an Auto body Technician for many years. Prior to retirement he worked as a Scholastic truck driver, transporting books to schools around the area. Bob was a life long member of the ABATE motorcycle club. Robert is loved beyond words and will always be remembered as the family oriented all American tough biker guy he was. Loved by many forgotten by none!
Robert is survived by his four-legged best friend "Wee Wee", daughters, Andrea (Don) Bisson, Felicia (Randy) Phillips,Carrie (Eric O'Shaughnessy)
Briggs, son, Joshua (Miriam) Fuller, grandchildren, Melody (Austin), Marcel, RJ, Marina, EmilyRose, Jade, Gunner, Lucas, Lincoln,Riley, great grandchild, Noah, brother, James (Kathryn "Emma") Briggs, sister, Peggy "Bucky" (Douglas Bouchard) Loerzel, niece Brittany, nephew, Corey, great niece, Brooklyn.
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Robert C Briggs. He will be greatly missed, always held in the hearts of those he left behind.
Calling hours will be held for family and friends on Friday March 5th from 4-7 pm. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse.
