Robert P. "Bob" Boyko, 74, of Cicero, passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by family after a long illness. Robert was born in Syracuse on July 31, 1947 son of the late Joseph and Mary Boyko. Bob was a dairy farmer for over 50 years. Robert retired from Tracey Road Equipment in Manlius. Even after his retirement he still enjoyed farming with his grandson. Bob enjoyed NASCAR and watching his grandsons race go-karts.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Jane Boyko, his 3 children, Jennifer (Greg) Faba, Robert Boyko (Rhonda Carroll), Amy Boyko (Shawn Bird), 5 grandchildren, Katelyn, Jordan, Madison, Owen, Derek, bother, William (Maria) Boyko, along with nieces and nephews.
Viitation will be held on Tuesday Sept. 7th from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 6pm.
