Rick S. DeBoer, 64, of Clay, passed away on Thursday February 23, 2023 at his home. Rick was born in Norwich, NY on July 28, 1958 son of the late Ellery and Helen DeBoer. Rick had been employed at the Town of Clay Highway Dept. for 23 years. Rick was predeceased by his sister, Kim Steward.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine DeBoer, daughter, Hannah (Brett) Graham, brother, Michael (Cheryl) DeBoer, along with nieces and nephews.
