Richard N. Witteman, 49, of Cicero died unexpectedly Monday. He owned and operated Rick's Tile in Cicero for many years. Rick enjoyed his family, boating, woodworking. He especially liked racing T-max trucks with his son, Zach.
He was predeceased by his mother, Lorraine Payne Witteman in 2008.
Surviving are his wife of 14 years the former Katherine Hess Witteman; two sons, Steve and Zachary Witteman at home; two daughters, Amanda Witteman and Stephanie Sauer; his father, Malcolm Witteman; a brother, John (Sue) Witteman and a sister, Debbie Parzych.
Services will be on Friday at 6 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Calling hour will be Friday from 5-6 pm at the funeral home, 705 N. Main St.
