Richard W. (Dick) Moreth

Richard W. (Dick) Moreth, 87, of Syracuse, passed away March 19, 2018.
Dick was born in Syracuse, New York on January 21, 1931 to the late Edward and Irene Moreth.
Dick was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly in 2015 and two brothers, Norman and Robert Moreth.
He is survived by children, William R. (Lori) Moreth, Virginia (Jeff) Johnson and Donald S. (Janet) Moreth; four grandchildren, India, Shawn, Joseph and Daniel Moreth; sisters, Marilyn Quartier, Dolores Deloff; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A U.S. Army veteran, Dick worked in construction for his entire life and retired from JK Tobin. He was an avid bowler for his whole life, and helped anybody and everybody that needed it.
Visitation will take place Wednesday March 28th, 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Diabetes Association.
