Richard N. Michaud

Rich (Digger) Michaud is now at peace with God and our loved ones on March 23rd. He was the son of the late Claude & Grace Michaud. Rich had a huge heart and a joke to share his optimism for life. The optimism and courage with all he was dealt was admirable and made his family and friends proud.
His dreams were big, and although many accomplished, his hopefulness was infectious. He built and raced super modified and dragster race cars. He worked for himself for many years as a truck driver and in construction. He loved his family and friends very much and always prayed for the best for them.

Rich is survived by his children Rich, Jr. (Jennifer) Michaud, Andrea Michaud, grandchildren; Nicole, Halee, Grace & Nathan Michaud, along with great grandchildren, Camden & Kloe, his sisters, Denise Sobolewski (John), Jo-Ann Michaud, his brother Patrick Michaud (Donna), nieces and nephews, Chris, Daniele, and Colette and PJ.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 12-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
