Richard C. Lefler, Sr.

Richard Charles "Dick" Lefler, Sr., 91, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Tuesday. He was born in Syracuse on June 6, 1931 son of the late Kenneth and Catherine Lefler. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict and retired from Centro Bus after 16 years of employment. Dick had a love for animals, he enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Richard was predeceased by his wife Barbara and his daughter Connie Cook.

He is survived by his children; Richard (Terry) Lefler, Jr., Karen Wells, Kathy Lockwood, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 14th from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 6pm at the funeral home.
