Richard Joseph Harrington, 84, of Central Square, died peacefully on Saturday.

He was the beloved husband of Rebecca Dawn (Hughson) for 62 years. He was the beloved father of Rosamond Denise Kline (Jeffrey) and Bonnie Renee Kaszubinski (Richard). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He is predeceased by a son Richard Randall (Randy) Harrington who died in 1979.

His great love was playing his organ music and his family and friends. He had been employed many years by Harrington Construction and National Plating Co.

Family will receive friends at New Comer Funeral Home on Thursday from 10-11am, with services to follow. Interment will be in Pine Plains Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be given as a free will offering to Roosevelt Seventh Day Adventist Church.
