Richard A. Hostrander, 46, of Mattydale, passed away on Saturday, July 4th.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from October 1987 until March 1995.
He enjoyed hiking, astrophotography and astronomy.
Richard was a loving husband and father and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Richard is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jodi (Perham); 2 children, Witnie (James) Alexander and Tanis; mother and father; 2 sisters and many other family members.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11th at 2pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to the VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Ave., Syracuse, NY 13210.
