Richard L. Featherly
August 5, 1933 — November 5, 2016
Richard L. Featherly, 83 of E. Syracuse, passed away peacefully.
He was an avid Syracuse basketball and football fan. Leisure time was always spent at his Sandy Pond Retreat. Richard worked for E. Syracuse Chevrolet for 45 years as a mechanic. He retired in 1998.
Survivors include his siblings; Ronald (Barbara) Featherly, Mary (Henry) Butler, Carol (Richard) Gilkey, Linda Margensey.
He is predeceased by his brothers, Chester, Robert and Gerald Featherly; sisters, Ruth Hilleges and Shirley Lawson.
Calling hours will take place on Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse.
Services will be conducted on Thursday 11AM at funeral home.
Interment will follow at Collamer Cemetery, E. Syracuse.
