Richard F. "Dick" House of Baldwinsville, passed away Tuesday at the Syracuse Home. Dick was a Korean War veteran who was a hard working and loving family man who loved golfing and watching sports. Upon retiring as District Manager of Mother's Cookies in Los Angeles, he and his wife Betty moved to Baldwinsville in 2001 to be close to their daughter and their grandchildren. He loved and was extremely proud of his five grandchildren. His wit, integrity and great sense of humor will live on in all those who knew him. A special thanks to the staff at Syracuse Home for their loving support and care.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty; daughter, Christi (Gary) Pluff; son, Greg House; sister, Elizabeth Ann Fortney; grandchildren, Daniel, Ben, Stephanie, Casey and Calli.
Services will be Private.
